  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 12, 2026, sent to the company Feb 5, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 27, 2026

The product, in the report: Called drop and match drop catcher. Comes in the 25-27 month old subscription box. The dots- are thin circles that are the size of a trachea and are genuine choking hazards.- children at this age still are oral explorers a fun mouth things- this toy is barely safe with adult supervision and should never be left alone for the age it is being advertised to.- no choking hazard warning as well.

My 2 yr old daughter has a love every subscription. The box for 25-27 months includes almost like a connect 4 toy but more dropping and matching trachea shaped think wood circle dots. Dispite this product being for a 24 month old- this toy is NOT safe for a 25 month old to play with- she put it in her mouth before I could stop her and I have never been so afraid of a choking situation.
