The product, in the report: The product name on Amazon is Toddlers Montessori Wooden Educational Toys for Boys Girls Age 1-3 Year Old Shape Sorting Toys 1st One First Birthday Girl Gifts for Baby Kids 1 2 3, Wood Preschool Learning Fine Motor Skills Game. It was gifted to us for my daughters birthday so I didnt see the listing or reviews that complain of the same choking hazard. Its a wooden garden car that has fruits and veg you can take in and out and little magnetic worms with a magnetic rabbit to attach to them.
My 14 month old daughter was just playing with the toy and put one of the blocks in her mouth and she started flailing her arms and freaking out and when I got to her I saw the block stuck in her mouth and i was able to get it out after about a minute of struggling. The toy comes with multiple different wooden pieces to put in and out of the garden I never gave her the smaller worms to play with because they seemed too dangerous, but apparently the bigger fruit and veggies are also too dangerous. My daughter is okay
