The product, in the report: Montessori toys for 6 to 12 months, baby toys, 6 to 12 months with Montessori baby chewing blocks. It came with a bucket that was brown and a blush shade of pink that had a unicorn on the front. Shapes to push into the different shaped holes on the unicorn bucket. A xylophone.
We purchased a Montessori toy set off of Amazon for our 10 month old daughter at the time. At her 12 month old pediatric visit we did a lead test and she had a lead level of five times higher than she shouldve. Her lead level was 17.5. After lead testing our home, we only got a positive lead result in a toy set that we had purchased from Amazon. The toy has since been removed from Amazon by the seller. Since it was a toy set thats meant to be chewed on and played with my younger children, our daughter was regularly putting the toys in her mouth contributing to her rising lead levels. Our daughter had to have a second blood draw. She has another scheduled in a month to see if the levels are dropping.
