The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: This is a “busy board” in the shape of a bus. It has several objects for kids to play with on it. An hour glass, shoes with shoestrings, a xylophone, etc. It is intended for small children.
I purchased a toddler’s busy board from Amazon seller. There are several magnetic pieces to allow shapes to be taken off and put back on. The magnetic pieces are loose and two have fallen out. This is both a choking hazard and an additional health risk (ingested magnets may cause intestinal damage and surgical emergencies). Other reviewers on Amazon have reported similar issues. AFter posting a review, the company contacted me and offered me money to remove my review. This is clearly an unethical practice, in addition to the safety concerns.
