The product, in the report: Deluxe Baby Walker from Babies R Us with four small geometric toys.
We purchsed the “Deluxe Baby Walker” from Babies R Us in the last three weeks. The toy comes with four geometric shaped toys that fit into matching holes on the body of the walker. Yesterday, my 10 month old son shoved blue ball geometric toy into his mouth. The entire ball fit inside his mouth. Luckly, my mother was babysitting and was able to instantly squeeze my son’s cheeks in order to extract the ball. The ball is clearly too small and is a choking hazard.
