Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 27, 2018, sent to the company Jun 21, 2018, published by CPSC Jul 6, 2018
The product, in the report: This is a children’s play tent and tunnel that we received as a gift in a bag. There are no tags of any kind anywhere on the item.
My 18 month-old infant son got his neck caught in between two sections of this play tent which was properly assembled in my living room. The latches do not firmly hold in place and the gaps are evidently large enough for an infant’s head to become stuck and they can either injure themselves or become suffocated. My child became hysterical and started turning blue/red. The fulcrum of the device could have caused further injury while my child was trying to free himself. This is very serious.
