My Brookstone heated throw stopped working. It is almost a year old as it was purchased right before Christmas 2021. Once it stopped working I decided to see if I could fix it. Upon inspection i noticed that one of the cord/wires to the plug was dark brown, broken in multiple places and brittle to the touch. The fabric that held the wire and plug ion place was discolored like it either arced or turned light brown from some type of heat source. I have the blanket and pictures. I contacted Brookstone for a response and if I could receive a replacement or my money back on10/22/22 with pictures and explanation via [REDACTED].
