The product, in the report: The name of the firework is Picture Perfect.
On July 4. 2012 we shot off a firework called “Picture Perfect”, “Picture Perfect” is the registered name and It also list “ShowTime” as it’s brand. The firework was placed on a concrete driveway. The firework was supposed to shoot off 7 flaming balls straight up into the air. Three of the flaming balls shot off sideways at ground level. I am still not sure how the firework was able to do this. One of the flaming balls that shot out at ground level landed in some evergreen bushes which immediately caught on fire, The evergreen bushes were next to a house. We were able to control the fire with the help of the local fire department, however the siding and the windows where the fire occurred where damaged, I would estimate the damage at between $5,000 to $10,000. The spent firework was still upright when we retrieved it.
I can say with 100% certainty that this firework was defective. If the shooting balls would have hit a person, that person would have had significant burns to their body_
