The product, in the report: Dazzling Diamonds handheld tube that was to produce lights and sparks from the top

Firework was lit at the top wick and held at the bottom as directed on the package. The top of the firework was pointed up and away from any observers. After being lit for about 3 seconds, a fireball shot out of the bottom of the tube and directly into the waistband of my jeans. The fireball burned through the pocket of my jeans and melted part of my iphone case and screen protector. I was able to shake the fireball down the leg of my pants onto the grass. My husband sprayed me with a garden hose to stop the burning flame. I immediately went inside to look at my injuries. I had charred and burned flesh on my stomach and spots on my leg where the fireball traveled down. After cleaning the areas, I put ice on the injury and applied [REDACTED] and gauze. The pain was bad and 3 days later, I went to my primary care provider for medical evaluation. I was diagnosed with 3rd degree burns and prescribed [REDACTED] cream. I had 2 follow up visits for this injury per my doctor’s orders. I still have a scar on my stomach approximately 2x3 inches that is red, uneven scar tissue.
