The product, in the report: It is a Rego regulator # LV 3403tr . It is a propane first stage regulator.
I work for a propane company. I have replaced many Rego LV3403tr propane regulators. They are leaking propane out the vent and also around the seam . Rego will replace the regulator if it still under warranty , but that doesn’t address the issue of thousand of these needing replaced.
