The product, in the report: Propane Gas Regulator
The consumer says that he started smelling propane and noticed a leak. The consumer changed the tank and it was still leaking. The consumer says that he noticed that it was coming from the regulator knob itself. The consumer says that he has only had the tank filled three times. The consumer says the leak is fairly sizeable. The consumer contacted the manufacturer who said that it is not under warranty and there is nothing that they can do. The rep with the manufacturer also said that this particular model has been updated several times. He feels the manufacturer is not addressing the safety concern.
