The product, in the report: Propane Gas Cylinder

The consumer stated that the cylinder has a twist on valve which is removable according to instructions, however when it is removed gas leaks from the cylinder. The gas should be contained in the cylinder but this is not the case. The instructions noted that the cylinder should not be stored with the valve on.

The retailer was contacted and the consumer was transferred to a call center and then informed that the information would be forwarded to the appropriate departments.

The caller feels that the cylinder is a safety hazard.
