The product, in the report: Doona Liki trike S3 in desert green.
My 2 and a half year old was riding his Doona Liki Trike S3 in tricycle mode as he turned the handle bar to turn right the tricycle flipped over. While the tricycle was flipping over he extended his arm to break the fall and ended up causing damage to his right arm. Went to the hospital for hyperextension of arm. There needs to be a safety feature to prevent the tricycle from flipping over.
