The product, in the report: [ 4-in-1 Detachable Tricycle ]: Our multifunctional tricycle features detachable canopy, seat cushion, guardrail and push handle for easy conversion. You can switch it into a toddler tricycle, a seat-reversed trike, a push tricycle or a learn-to-ride tricycle to fit fast-growing kids aged from 9 months to 5 years old. Weight capacity of the seat: 55 LBS. [ Reversible Seat & Adjustable Design ]: The seat can be reversed for different uses that your little one can face inside for better care or face outside for view enjoyment. Besides, the canopy can be adjusted into 2 positions according to different weather conditions. Visible skylight of the canopy allows parents to easily observe their kids. The button used to secure the infant in the five-point harness appears to have a manufacturing defect. The button repeatedly pops open while the item is in use, creating a serious safety risk and potentially allowing the infant to fall out while riding.
Additionally, the lack of adequate back support causes the baby to slide forward, placing excessive weight and pressure on the front crotch area. This appears to put additional stress on the already-defective button and increases the risk of the harness coming undone.
We consider this product to be extremely unsafe for an infant and cannot continue using it. We are requesting a return and refund due to the apparent manufacturing defect and significant safety concerns. This is not a matter of preference or normal wear and tear. The product presents a potential risk of serious injury to an infant and should be investigated accordingly.
