The product, in the report: Swimming Pool

The consumer says the pool’s body opened up right down the seam in a perfect line. She says the pool was 8 inches from full capacity at the time of the incident. The consumer says it is not due to improper use, but the unit just opened up at the seam. She tried to contact the manufacturer but they told her the product was not under warranty. They also said that the product could not be repaired and suggested that she buy another pool. Her children had asked her if they can use the pool just a few minutes prior to the incident. She says that if she would have allowed them to use the pool, it could have been a very tragic incident.
