The product, in the report: removable weight pouch for scuba diving

Rubber handle on Aqualung Surelock II weight pouch broke sometime during use today, but was not discovered until rinsing gear. Was unable to remove weight pouch without use of tools. Fortunately, I did not have an incident while diving that would have required me to dump my weights.

While doing online research to identify available replacement, I was directed to the manufacturer’s site and saw the recall notice.
