The product, in the report: DUI scuba diving bcd, wing type. As described in previous recall found on Internet.

My DUI bcd (wing type) for scuba diving had the overpressure valve stuck open when diving. Luckily I wore a drysuit so I could get out of the water safely. I thought sand or salt had clogged the mechanism so I cleaned it and dived again on June 1th. It wasnt a problem this time, but I still didnt understand what caused the incident so I figeted whit it until I understood the problem. Then I googled it and found I wasnt the only one and there was already a recall made. I have the red knob type, as in the recall. I am lucky this didnt happen when divin a wet suit. I purchased the bcd from a private person last year. It seemed to be in ok condition.
