Initially the product was shipped with missing parts and I received 3 missing parts after the 30 day warranty. I Went to setup Mini Classic CT Water Distiller from Pure & Secure, LLC, and filled Boiling Chamber with water and went to put it inside machine and into plug-in when all the water began leaking out of the machine from holes in the Boiling Chamber. The product was sent back to company. The company will not refund my money. I reported the company to the [REDACTED]
