The product, in the report: Innowave Chiller Water purifying dispenser
On January 14, the Beverly Fire Department responded for a fire alarm activation at a commercial Structure. Upon arrival, crews found an odor of electrical burning in office area. After a thorough search, the source was determined to be an Innowave water purifying dispenser. After closer observation, it was determined that wires passing through a round cutout of a metal partition had chafed against the cutout and shorted out. There was no protection around the interior of the cutout.
