The product, in the report: Water softener
Caller is reporting that the water softener unit exploded, he was alerted by his neighbor that there was water dispersing from his garage. He stated that when he arrived home, he noticed that the incident was caused by the product. He stated that the manufacturer was contacted, and they advised him that the product had only a year warranty and could not assist. Caller stated that fortunately he had it installed in his garage, or this could have caused extensive property damages. Caller feels that the water softener is unsafe, it should have more warranty and built to prevent these incidents.
