The product, in the report: VEVOR Indoor Playground Jungle Gym, 7-in-1 Wooden Indoor Playground for Kids, 250LBS Montessori Climbing Toys Playset with Swing, Monkey Bar, Slide, Wooden Ladder, Rope Ladder, Climbing Net & Rock
My five-year-old was climbing on this play structure and his feet slipped through. The holes between the monkey bars are large enough for his hips to slide through, but not large enough for his head. He was dangling by his neck and swinging his feet, trying to find footing. Had I not come to check on him, he could have died from asphyxiation.
