Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Dec 27, 2023, sent to the company Dec 29, 2023, published by CPSC Jan 17, 2024
The product, in the report: Modular slide that comes in four overlapping sections that lays on your stairs.
Stair slide was used by my daughter, it turns your stairs into a slide, the slide didn’t not include any instructions or warnings in the box, the slide ends too abruptly and terminates at too sharp of an angle. My daughter’s feet hit the pillow and pushed it out of the way and her butt slammed into landing. I have never heard a child scream like that. She has a severely bruised coccyx. There are videos all over the internet of people being hurt.

No one hurt Made Aug 9, 2021, sent to the company Apr 26, 2022, published by CPSC May 17, 2022
The product, in the report: https://stairslide.com/ It’s a slide to be used on stairs.
The rubber strip on the slide which supposedly grips the stair was detached after using it a few times. The slide came sliding down with my child on it. I emailed the company to report it, they have yet to reply. After searching on their official [REDACTED] page, I found out that it is a common occurrence, the company then advised people to just glue it back in, there’s no official post, just on the comments. And knowing this problem, they still ship it with no warning to new buyers. or without fixing the problem before shipping it out. https://stairslide.com/
