The product, in the report: Rainbow Play System consists of wood play set for outdoor use. It has three swings, one monkey bars, ladder, and slide.

I purchased a Rainbow Play System three years ago and paid for professional installation. My children were 4 and 7 years old at the time of purchase. In January 2018, I was outside doing snow removal work and noticed the slide had become completely separated from the play set. Upon further inspection, the screws used were way too short and rusted. The installation and assembly parts created a dangerous situation for a child who could have been seriously injured had I not seen the problem. Despite the poorly designed system, [REDACTED], the company representative, refused to take responsibility for the obvious defect and repair the danger. He was contacted on March 8th, 2018.
