The product, in the report: KORIMEFA Toddler Slide Set, Slide for Toddlers Age 1-4 with Basketball Hoop and Ball, Slide for Kids, Indoor Outdoor Backyard Playground Climbing Baby Slide Toy
My child received this as a birthday present for his 1st birthday. Immediately on first play, he was able to get the netting on the hoop partially freed and I was concerned he would wrap it around his face or limb and cause an issue. I removed the netting thinking he could still use the hoop for the ball. He is now 16 months old and he stuck his head through the basketball hoop of his toddler playset. Once he straightened his head, the top arch of the wall attached to he hoop was pushing into his neck constricting his airway. Had I not been watching and immediately freed him, he would have strangled himself. It all happened so fast and he was not easily freed. He was making awful choking sounds and it left a red mark on his neck over his voice box. I got rid of the playset. I just want other parents to beware. With or without the netting, this playset is hazardous.
