The product, in the report: 12-in-1 Toddler Playset with Swing & Slide, yellow color. Includes a slide, swing, basketball hoop, and climbing sections. Indoor/outdoor plastic play yard for toddlers, approximately 5 ft long by 4 ft tall. Purchased on Amazon.
I purchased the 12-in-1 Toddler Playset with Swing & Slide (yellow model) from the Joyo Furniture Store on Amazon in April 2025. The screws on this playset repeatedly come loose no matter how tightly theyre installed. It has happened several times throughout the year. Most recently, while my 11-month-old was playing and went down the slide, a screw came out completely and they put it in their mouth. I was able to remove it immediately before they choked. This is a serious choking hazard and should be investigated for recall.
