The product, in the report: Crossman Phantom P10 bb gun, color=black
On November 29, took Crossman Phantom P10 BB gun out of packaging, read instructions, loaded bbs in magazine, and attempted several times to insert 12 gram Crossman CO2 cartridge into gun. Cartridge immediatley started to leak gas, possible hazard to skin on hands and/or eyes. Repeated process 3 more times with the same unsuccessful outcome. In addition to the above problem, inadvertently hit magazine button after which it fell out of gun onto the floor and several bbs flew out of magazine, by that I mean that the bbs came out with some force and did not just drop out of the magazine. Returned product to site of purchase.
