I ([REDACTED]) was setting up a 440 pound capacity mini trampoline with my son ([REDACTED]) that I purchased online from Amazon. When opening it all the way, and before putting in the holding bolt it pulled away from my son’s hands and struck me very hard in the temporal/forehead region. The instructions booklet for the mini trampoline had warnings but, no warnings anywhere or precautions for this part of the setup or any part of the setup for that matter. I have an urgent care report for after the almost fatal strike, many photos of the injury from when it a occurred to even days after, invoice of my purchase and screenshots of the amazon seller and item listing page. All of this will not fit in this complaint form upload section.
