  1. No one hurt

Made Aug 27, 2017, sent to the company Oct 30, 2018, published by CPSC Nov 14, 2018

The product, in the report: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mean, Green Deluxe Trampoline over 4 feet diameter. Date code: 20314 04747D, Item no.: 196993, Style no.: 4003. Better Sourcing Worldwide LTD, TMNT LARGE TRAMPOLINE

We purchased a TMNT LARGE TRAMPOLINE date code: 20314 04747D, item no.: 196993, style no.: 4003 from BETTER SOURCING WORLDWIDE LTD as a Christmas gift for our son. He loved it and spent hours jumping in it. The safety enclosure poles do not have any type of support to keep them from pulling towards the center. Over time, the welds at the base of the enclosure poles began to crack/tear from the main frame of the trampoline, exposing jagged metal edges and cutting pinch points for little fingers and toes. We have sent several communications to 1-888-752-Toyz (8699) and help@bettertoyz.com but have received no resolution.
