The product, in the report: Little Tykes ez store trampoline, blue.
My daughter was jumping on her trampoline while holding the handlebar. The bar popped off one side and she fell off.
The screw that hold the handle bar onto the trampoline can work loose and the bar comes apart. Not only does this throw the child off balance, if not caught when it happens I could see a child impaling themselves on the exposed ends of the bar. The screw itself is also a choking hazard. But that connection should be made more permanent. I can supply photos if needed.
