The product, in the report: Super Jumper 16-foot Trampoline Combo With Safety Net
We purchased the Super Jumper 16-foot Trampoline Combo With Safety Net from Overstock in November of 2019. By May of 2020 the trampolines leg became unwelded from the frame. My children was unaware of this so they was jumping on it one day when it finally broke. My 3 boys had lots of bruises but nothing major.

The product, in the report: Superjumper Airbound 16ft round trampoline with safety enclosure Model Airbound 16ft AB500-6
11 year old Daughter was jumping on trampoline, noticed a spring fell off (the loops stitching failed), plus some springs had failed; plus some cracks in the metal, rendering the trampoline unsafe. tried to upload photos but your system doesnt allow .png files; which is stupid considering the number of people with [REDACTED] in this country. The company is taking the defective trampoline away on 10/8/2020; after that, all I will have is the photos...

Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 12, 2020, sent to the company Jul 29, 2020, published by CPSC Aug 12, 2020
The product, in the report: Super Jumper Trampoline 12
My name is [REDACTED], we purchased the Super Jumpers Trampoline from Wayfair.com on Aug 19,2019. I have included the receipt from the purchase for all the information you need. The shipping address is [REDACTED] , you can contact me at [REDACTED] . We have not even had the trampoline for a year and the whole frame and legs are bent. The trampoline has only been used by a 12 and 7 year old during this whole time, so there is no reason the frame should be completely bent. I would like to speak to someone about this! Not only is this a safety issue that could have caused someone to get hurt, we are now left with a bent frame on a trampoline after a matter of months. This is unacceptable. I appreciate a call or email ASAP over how to fix this problem. I have also included pictures to show the bent frame, the last one really shows it the best. The screws that’s suppose to hold the legs will not because the frame is pulling it apart so much due to the bent frame.
[REDACTED]
Thank you,

No one hurt Made Nov 2, 2019, sent to the company Nov 26, 2019, published by CPSC Dec 11, 2019
The product, in the report: WDU1031 16’ Round Trampoline with Safety Enclosure Super Jumper
We received notification from Wayfar.com that a recall had been issued for a Trampoline that we purchased from them, the Super Jumper 16-foot with enclosure. They provided contact information for the recall including and email recall@superjumperinc.com and a phone number 866-757-3636.
We contacted Super Jumper by phone and email on July 29. We received an email from Super Jumper with a recall form to complete and submit, which we immediately did.
As of the date of this writing, we have called multiple times the number (during listed business hours) and we have re-submitted the recall form to receive the repair kit at least 3 separate times.
To date they have not responded to our calls or email submissions. We have not received the repair kit.
And now our Trampoline HAS FAILED just as the recall warned. A weld on the leg separated and broke. The trampoline is now inoperable and we have so far been unable to contact or resolve this issue with Super Jumper.
If our experience is anything like what others are receiving, then I’d say this company is failing miserably to meet their obligations.
We have even emailed them photos of the broken weld, again with the completed form.
