The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Jul 20, 2012, sent to the company Aug 7, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 21, 2012

The product, in the report: “Sunny Health & Fitness 40” Foldable Trampoline with Bar”. On the instruction page, it says: “Model No. 950, Tri-Folding Rebounder With Stabilizing Bar”

I would just like to warn others who plan to purchase this Sunny Trampline, about the danger of the legs disengageing from the trampoline base.

Safety concern for: “Sunny Health & Fitness 40” Foldable Trampoline with Bar”. Purchased Nov 10, 2011 from Amazon.com, for $65.99, plus shipping & handling. When screwing on the legs, the legs (two out of the 6) the legs are too big in inside diameter, and do not screw onto the threads of the trampoline footing base. The trampoline just “sits” on two of the legs, without being screwed on. This makes the trampoline very wobbly, and unsafe. The same goes for the “bar” to attach to the legs. I do not use the bar because it does not fit the legs safely. It is too wobbly and unsafe. Even though we bought this in November of 2011, we still own it. It was just too costly to return it from where it came from.
