The product, in the report: Black and blue 10 ft trampoline

I purchased a trampoline from Target.com on 11/6/2025. The product has been defective and unsafe since day one. The enclosure net and structure continuously fall apart, making it unusable for my children. We have been putting it back together since day 1 its unusable and unsafe.

The item was sold through a third-party seller (Ruso Weights, Inc.), who has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Target has refused to provide a refund citing their 90-day return policy, despite the product being defective and the seller failing to respond. I am left with a product that cannot be used and no support from either the seller or Target. And yes my children did get injured because it doesnt stay put together so they keep trying to jump on it with the net down and have fallen off and come crying to me.
