The product, in the report: 14’ propel trampoline, black, grey, with a saftey net that has also broken away from the net and springs
I have been reporting this to the company and they have decided not to send me any replacement parts. My kids were jumping on the trampoline we purchased March 2023. The spring ripped from the spring and the spring flew and hit my daughter. After closely inspecting the rest of spring there is several that are getting ready to rip from the springs. My daugher and son were using the trampoline. Yes the spring flew and hit my daughter gave her a huge red mark. The trampoline is not jumpable.
