The product, in the report: Trampoline at paradise park loose and torn out. I could not upload the video
My daughter was jumping on the trampoline. She fell to the ground as the safety net was torn out. She was about to die or get paralyzed. Me, her mom, and her father ran to check my daughter was screaming and crying out of severe pain on her legs. We were very scared. The manager wrote down in the report attached that the safety net could not hold her weight but that is untrue. I took a video and pictures for the safety net. The safety net was torn out and fastened in plastic attachments. Please see pictures and video. Other children might get injured easily and this park’s trampoline should be closed. I am asking for a compensation.
