The product, in the report: Magic Circle TRAMPOLINE

The cage (net enclosure) is separating from the mat (jumping surface). My 3 year old son’s feet got caught in the opening where the cage has separated from the mat. The unit was purchased in 12/2008 and it is in excellent condition. This cage was never DOUBLE STITCHED like it should have been when we purchased it. It is very clear from my emails with the company that it requires double stitching. I really think that this is extremely dangerous and it should be covered by the company at no cost to the consumer.

I have contacted the company and these were the instructions that were given to me to via email.

    (1) Go ahead and cut the cage (enclosure) off your mat (jumping surface), be careful not to cut the mat. (2) Unhook the springs from the mat - leave the springs in the top rail. (3) Fold the MAT(ONLY) as tight as possible, THROW CAGE (enclosure) AWAY. . (4) Box the mat, place a piece of paper inside box with NAME, ADDRESS, DAYTIME PHONE #, ATTN TO: [REDACTED] (4) Send the mat (only) to Magic Circle. (5) We will put a NEW CAGE on the mat; restitch the mat - so it will have double stitching. We will check the mat & V-rings for any damage. (6) It usually takes a couple (2) of days for us to return, once we have your mat . (7) We will call you for payment when it is ready to ship back to you. Under your pro-rated warranty, it will be $72.60+ shipping.
