The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: 3’ children’s trampoline
I purchased a Little Tikes 3’ trampoline on Amazon, the “Amazon Exclusive” edition. There appears to have been a problem during manufacturing that resulted in an inadequate amount of foam being inserted in the portions that are meant to cover the solid frame components. As a result, there are sections of the outer rim that have no foam protection. Any falls on these exposed sections could cause severe injury.
I contacted Little Tikes about this problem and was given a case number ([REDACTED]) but they did not respond after 12 days. I am reaching out to the CPSC because I believe that this may be a widespread issue that merits a consumer recall.

The product, in the report: Little Tikes Easy Store 3 Trampoline - Blue & Red
My 2.5 year old son was sitting next to his trampoline. The trampoline was on its side and the underneath was exposed. My son pulled on the elastic that is attached to the padding and was able to stretch it far enough and wrapped it around his neck

The product, in the report: 3 foot trampoline
On November 27, 2014 I purchased a 3ft Little Tikes trampoline from Target in Oak Creek, WI as a Christmas present for my 5 year old son. Christmas came, he opened the trampoline and we set it up. Three days after using the trampoline, minimally and in our living room well supervised, the welds are separating from the frame in three locations. We have repeatedly contact Little Tikes, submitting photos to their warranty department, provided the UPC and manufacturing codes and a copy of the receipt. What we’ve received in return are calls to our home number when no one is home to answer the phone, despite providing both work and cell numbers. No message has been left in any of the attempts. The one (single) attempt to reach me at my office (direct line) was followed by a hang up as soon as I answered. We have given Little Tikes two weeks to contact us to handle this situation, we are now reporting through you and will be reaching out to the BBB and attorney general’s office in Wisconsin.
