Made May 18, 2026, sent to the company May 21, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 5, 2026

The product, in the report: This product is a 14’ round outdoor manufactured by Jumpzylla LLC. The product is designed and marketed in backyard environments that naturally include some degree of organic debris and minor surface variations. The equipment consist of a taut, strong fabric sheet (mat) stretched over a steel frame using coiled springs, elevated off the ground, and equipped with a safety enclosure net.

I am submitting this report to formally notify the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission of a potentially dangerous trampoline product involving repeated spring failures and child injury.

The product involved is a Jumpzylla outdoor trampoline purchased directly from the manufacturer in August 2024.

On March 17, 2026, my 13-year-old son sustained bodily injury when one of the trampoline springs fractured during ordinary intended residential use.

Following the incident, I documented the broken spring, trampoline setup, and injury and notified the manufacturer and provided documentation of such.

Additionally, while the hazardous product remained in consumer possession during the companys unresolved and incomplete handling of this know defect claim, a second spring-related injury occurred on March 28, 2026. This incident caused laceration, bruising, and permanent residual scarring to my son.

After dismantling the trampoline, I discovered that multiple additional springs exhibited identical wear, deformation, and progressive fatigue characteristics. The frame/spring attachment areas also showed concentrated abrasive wear contributing to mechanical stress.

The evidence strongly suggests a systemic mechanical failure and ongoing consumer safety hazard rather than isolated misuse.

Supporting photographs and manufacturer correspondence are available upon request.

I respectfully request review and investigation of this product and any similar complaints associated with Jumpzylla trampolines.
