Emergency room Made May 29, 2012, sent to the company Jun 6, 2012, published by CPSC Jun 27, 2012
The product, in the report: First fitness trampoline with handlebar. Blue cover. Red metal bar and ring.
My daughter who is four years old tripped on the trampoline cover while getting off hitting her face on the concrete and as a result had to get two stitches in her lip. She also had bruises on her face and knee. The trampoline was purchased by my neighbor at toys r us. The cover is not secure at all and easily comes off. Since I didn’t purchase this item myself I did not read the operating instructions so I do not know if this toy should only be used indoors.
