Thank you. I purchased a trampoline in June it was put up July 4th, 2019. I have had numerous trampoline in the past as I have two children with autism. Because of the Arizona sun I have replaced mats every 3 to 5 years. I bought a trampoline from Excome in June 2019 it was put up over 4th of July weekend 2019. October 3rd, 2019 I walk out and 4 springs were laying on the ground all from the same side. The straps just fell apart. Because of the heat it has only been used at most three times by two 4 year olds weight less then 50 pounds. When I contacted Exacme they said it might be from the heat or rain. It is probably from the heat we don’t get much rain in Arizona. I am concerned because this product in my experience should last longer then 3 months with no use. I believe there is a design flaw in the straps that hold the springs. This would have been very dangerous I bought this trampoline because it had a high weight limit my daughter is 240 pounds she had a brain tumor and then infection which part of her skull was removed. She is cognitively challenged. The company recommended sending me another mat but if it is a design flaw the same thing could happen and she could fall.
