We bought a airzone trampoline with enclosure December 2010 and in less than 6 months the ties that hold the mesh enclosure to the metal poles deteriorated and the enclosure no longer is up. The product, in the report: 14’ Variflex Airzone Trampoline - Red

My son was playing on it and fell off the trampline to the ground bruising his arm and leg, hitting his head on the ground.

This is a copy of one of the last emails that I sent to the company after the trampoline frame bent into a V and broke, (Sept 2007) making the trampoline useless after a couple of months, I had bought it late May 16, 2007. I never had any response from the company to my emails. I tried resending numerous times and tried calling but did not ever have an answer or reply, always received an answering machine recording at the other end. Very irresponsible company. I called the store I had purchased the tramp from, they had no replacement parts. I searched online thru many sites trying to obtain replacement parts. I ended up having to buy an entirely new trampoline and I was very sure it would never be a variflex again. The company should have reimbursed the consumers for their very flimsy/poor quality product.

Hi, We purchased a Variflex 14ft trampoline in May 2007 and a couple months after having it two of the outside top rails bent into a ‘V’ shape .. making the trampoline useless ... We were unable to return it without a receipt (who’d have thought a trampoline frame would bend in half and we may need to return it). We are in need of two rail pieces ... I don’t see any 14ft trampolines on your website. Are we able to get replacement parts?

This (below) is the 1800trampoline site that hasn’t had any of these part since we first started asking after it warped out fall of 2007. I’ve called them numerous times without response and am hoping you will help. I’d appreciate your help ..
