The product, in the report: 13’ Trampoline with Steelflex Enclosure and Electronic Shooter Game By Sportspower | Model # TR-0026-156 |

Purchased a Sportspower 13’ Trampoline with Steelflex Enclosure and Electronic Shooter Game for my grandchildren in 2019 for a Christmas gift from Sam’ s Club. My grandchildren were jumping on it this summer when my son heard cracking going on. He noticed a couple of springs lying on the ground, others almost rusted to the point of breaking, and about 25% of them rusted under the mat. Trampoline itself, is still looking new because of COVID for the last couple of years. Contacted the manufacturer and they refuse to replace the springs if the trampoline is over 1 year old. I was only offered to purchase more springs for $80. This is their reply: Without a copy of the receipt or a proof of purchase showing you purchased your unit in the past year we wouldn’t be able to send you replacement springs under our warranty. You can contact our authorized distributor to purchase any replacement parts you would need for the unit as we are just a warranty department. You can contact our authorized parts dealer via phone or website with the provided information below. Family Store Network 1800-872-6765 WWW.SPORTSPOWERTRAMPOLINEPARTS.COM

Contact them and they will gladly sell you the correct parts you are in need of.

    Thank you Sports Power
