The product, in the report: Golf Cart

The consumer indicates that her golf cart has many issues that go result in consumer safety hazards. In the beginning the unit would go forward and then abruptly stop like if the driver slammed on the brakes. The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and she was informed that the issue was addressed.

The golf cart has steering issues as it steered her husband and son off the pathway; both the dashboard and the steering power were replaced. The consumer’s husband indicates that there might be an issue with the wheels/ undercarriage being loose because the cart does not ride correctly. At one point the brakes were also malfunctioning and they were replaced.

The consumer believes that because the golf cart has been repaired so many times and is continuing to have problem that she does not feel it is safe for her or her family.

The consumer states that the unit is used five to ten hours weekly. It’s been in the service 5 hours weekly apprx 2 months

The consumer is unsure if she will keep the golf cart for at least the next thirty days. Ongoing issue since purchased 12/2020
