The product, in the report: Racka 4 seater golf cart. This is a newer golf cart brand manufactured by Champion Motorsports Group who also makes all Coleman Powersports products in the same factories.

We had a catastrophic experience with a brand-new golf cart purchased from Champion Motorsports (a parent company of Coleman Powersports & Racka golf carts). The cart had approximately 15 minutes of total drive time when the charger malfunctioned during its first charge, causing the charging cable to fuse to an extension cord. During the next use, the cart displayed error codes on the LED screen, so we parked it in our garage and did not operate it further. Approximately five minutes later, the cart caught fire, which spread rapidly and engulfed our garage and home. Our entire family, including three small children and a 95-year-old grandfather, were inside the house at the time and struggled to get out safely. This incident very nearly resulted in loss of life. The fire nearly caused a total loss of our home, requiring demolition and rebuild, along with the loss of three vehicles and most personal property. Our family was displaced for nearly two years and incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses. This was a life-altering experience for our family. We strongly urge prospective buyers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing any products produced by Champion Motorsports or their associated brands.
