The product, in the report: [REDACTED] Crossfire Golf Cart, 4 passenger or cargo. red body and black top.
The incident began on August 31 when making left turns, the vehicle would not make even turns requiring abrupt turning of the steering wheel to avoid possible collisions. After coming home, an examination of the front wheels reveals that the left wheel was loose, wobbling, and grease was oozing out from behind at the axle joint. After calling Coastal Cruisers the next day, when they sent someone to pick up the vehicle, another examination revealed that grease was oozing out on the front of the wheel, also at the axle joint. Also, there appeared to be no attaching support between the wheel and axle meaning that the wheel could have had the potential to fall off during transit. The last time the vehicle was serviced was from June 28 to July 11 to replace a broken wheel bearing that is at the same wheel that began wobbling this time. The vehicle was driving okay between July 11 and August 31 until the wobbling happened.
