How badly anyone was hurt

As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Little Tikes Easy Score Basketball Set, Pink- Amazon Exclusive 22.00 L x 23.75 W x 61.00 H Inches

The rim continually falls off when the basketball is tossed in. The children are not near the hoop or “dunking” it just falls out of the slots. I have done additional research on the Amazon reviews and multiple customers are reporting the same issue. This is a hazard when a group of 3 children (toddler to preschool age) are playing at once and near the hoop because the rim slips out and can hit a child on the head. I have submitted a report to Little Tikes because this was a replacement hoop due to the previous hoop aging and we have never had any hazardous problems with their products in the past.
