The product, in the report: LINXUXIE 4 in 1 Toddler Basketball Hoop and T Ball Set, Kids Baseball Toys with Pitching Machine, Indoor & Outdoor Sport Get it from Amazon or Walmart
Hello,
I am submitting a product safety report regarding the LINXUXIE 4 in 1 Toddler Basketball Hoop and T Ball Set that my child received as a gift. I believe the product was purchased through Amazon.
While playing with the toy, my 2-year-old sons finger became trapped in the pitching machine mechanism. His finger was stuck in the toy and we were unable to remove it at home. The situation caused him significant pain and distress.
Because his finger could not be safely removed, we had to take him to the hospital where medical staff were required to assist in freeing his finger from the toy.
This incident raises serious safety concerns for a product marketed for toddlers. A toy intended for very young children should not contain openings or mechanisms that can easily trap a childs finger.
Although the toy was a gift and we do not have the purchase order, the product name is:
LINXUXIE 4 in 1 Toddler Basketball Hoop and T Ball Set with Pitching Machine.
I have photos documenting the incident and the injury and can provide them upon request.
I am requesting that this report be reviewed by your product safety team and that the product be evaluated for potential safety hazards that could harm other children.
Please let me know the next steps for submitting documentation and any additional information required.
Sincerely,
[REDACTED]
