The product, in the report: Ecosmart electric tankless water heater. Model #2700. Size: 17” x 17”
Tankless water heater spewed hot steam into the room where I was standing! I contacted the manufacturer and they said I needed to purchase 3 other parts to prevent over heating!!!! This should never happen. On standard water heaters, they have a temperature and pressure relief valve to prevent this from happening!! The manufacturer acted like this is a common issue!
