I installed ECO Smart tankless heater about five years ago, manufactured by ECO Smart tankless heater, [REDACTED]
Their method of heating up cold water is to put several heater elements in the incoming cold pipe in their system. Then, over the past five years, one of the heater elements cracked open and was swallowed to a large size and touched the cold water pipe. The heater has 240 VAC and is capable of running at 100 AMP. When I touch the cold pipe connected to ECO Smart system, my body gets electricity executed with 240VAC and runs 100 A on my body. I was wearing sandals that stopped the entire current running through my body. However, I felt a very large current going through my body.
There was also a small water leak at one of the hot water junctions where hot water is supplied to a different room at my house. The large electric spikes with hot water were shooting at the wall next to the hot pipe. Then the spikes burnt the wall. My house almost got burnt down.
