The product, in the report: Tankless gas water heater

I am a licensed electrician, and a mechanical contractor. Last week I was contracted to install a tankless water heater made by an online retailer called Vevor. The model number of the defective product is #JSW56-30L-A. The product has a defective gas burner which will cause the device to product dangerous and life threatening levels of Carbon Monoxide. Normally a gas burner will product CO readings around 50ppm. 400ppm is potentially lethal. This burner was producing 1700-2500ppm. I contacted Vevor about the issue and they were not helpful.
