The product, in the report: Robert Shaw Series 110 gas valve

Recently the gas valve started leaking at the top of the valve. Went to Lowes and purchased a replacement valve, installed and still leaks at the same place. There was a real problem with the Robert Shaw Series 110 valve and it appears that they have not fixed there product. They know about the defect however it appears they do not want to fix it and Lowes continues to sell this unsafe product. We have a Whirlpool 40 gal 40Kbtu purchased from lowes08-27-2005. Replaced the Flame lock burner section which they paid for the first one however I just had to replace it again.
